RRC in Bloom

At Radicle Root Collective, we believe that change is constant. Like our plant kin, our organizations are moving through cycles of decomposition, planting, welcoming baby seedlings, and blooming. We are focusing on the flowers our partners are cultivating in the face of the immense challenges of this time.

We invite you, our community, to celebrate with us the impact RRC has made in supporting our partners to bloom!

RRC supported a small food justice organization in Arizona through individual and group coaching to address burnout and boundaries in their work culture. Their staff made the decision to shift from a 40-hour work week to a 32-hour work week while continuing to effectively serve their communities and advocating for other organizations in their networks to make the same move.

RRC consulted for a small care team at a large healthcare system in Northern California. Now, the care team has created a process to develop a department-wide Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity mission and vision, and actively practices resisting systemic anti-Blackness in the healthcare system.

RRC guided a youth services organization to repair after rupture and navigate conflict in a healthy way. Now, their staff has adopted an interpersonal conflict framework that supports them in engaging in generative conflict practices, and nuanced and intersectional conversations about race. RRC also supported their Accountability Team (their version of a leadership team) in creating a purpose and structure rooted in anti-racist principles.
