In 2024, Radicle Root Collective entered into a Root Partnership with an arts-based nonprofit organization to provide support in the aftermath of an organization-wide rupture. Learn more about the partnership and its impact below!

Deliverables: In this Partnership, Radicle Root Collective provided the following services:

  • Conducted interviews with impacted individuals

  • Facilitated learning and practice sessions for Board and staff that centered the voices of those most impacted by the rupture

  • Made recommendations for applying the lessons harvested from the organizational rupture to organizational practices

  • Pre-work to support readiness for the above services
