Our Generative Conflict series, titled Oak Trees in a Storm: Growing Our Skills for Generative Conflict, supports organizations to navigate tension and conflict in a healthy and generative way. Oak Trees in a Storm helps participants build knowledge and skills to move beyond conflict avoidance and remain rooted and resilient in the face of any storm, just like a great oak tree.
