Alexis stanton, MPH
Alexis Stanton is a former research associate with RRC. During her time with RRC, she was integral in the design and birth of our organizational assessment offering including using her research and data skills to create the basis of our organization wide survey. Below is her bio from her time with RRC.
Is a doctoral student in Community Psychology at the University of Virginia and the Research Associate for Radicle Root Collective LLC. She earned her BS in Psychology and Women’s Studies and her MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education from the University of Michigan. Her research examines how Black women’s engagement with the media influences their identity development, cultural ideals of strength, psychological well-being, and mental health-seeking behaviors.
