Healing and Transformation

We conceptualize supremacy culture and ideology as a toxin that permeates every facet of United States society and is embedded in the soil of all our institutions. To meet the rising challenges of our time, the humans that make up our organizations need to be more connected, rooted and well than ever before. We build our partners’ capacity to heal in response to the constant violence of supremacy based systems so that they can work together to transform their organizational practices from the inside out.

RRC is explicitly multi-sector and has partnerships with nonprofit, mission-driven businesses and government entities.
